Just plan to come for some or all of the weekend to relax before diving into fall! Registration and 50% down payment are due by Sunday, August 21.
Men and boys of all ages are encouraged to save the date of Wednesday, October 19th, @ 6:30 pm for an intergenerational men's dinner and program in the Dining Room. Details to come. Coordinator: Tom Wilhite.
This summer, all friends and members of Trinity Presbyterian Church are invited to take a small water bottle and fill it with water at some place where you spend time this summer. It may be water from a beach, from a river, from a pond, or from the tap. If you don't travel anywhere this summer, you are invited to bring water from your home. On September 11, 2011, we will pour our waters into one vessel as a sign of both our unity and diversity and with that water we will have a renewal of our baptism. Bottles are in the Narthex and gathering area.
Worship service (10:30am) followed by a fellowship lunch (12 noon).
Main dish will be provided. Trinity members please bring a side dish or dessert to share with others.
Proceeds to benefit Griffith Elementary School Music Class (affected by the Good Friday tornado in Ferguson)

Hello all! My name is LeeAnn, or Arugula-Ann, and I'm so happy to announce that Camp Kumquat will be having its second year this summer! Dragonfly and Chestnut created a truly amazing program, and, with their help and the help of many other supporters of the Burning Kumquat, we will explore where our food comes from with a new group of students.

As we seek to have open hearts, open minds and open doors, this service is designed to help us put action to these prolific words. You are invited to join in solidarity as we celebrate the gifts and graces of people with disabilities in our local congregations. We seek to recognize and affirm those who have been called to serve in leadership roles and to call for the Church and society to work for the full inclusion of people with disabilities in the community.
This Inaugural event is sponsored by The Regional Committee on b Disability (an ad-hoc committee). For more information, please contact Russell Ewell at Salvific2009@yahoo.com or via phone at 314-306-4298.

NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the largest education, support and advocacy organization that serves the needs of all those touched by these illnesses. This includes persons with mental illness, their families, friends, employers, and the law enforcement community and policy makers. The goals of NAMI Walks are to fight the stigma that surrounds mental illness and to build awareness that the mental health system in this country needs to be improved.
Independence Center is the second largest Clubhouse Model psychiatric rehabilitation program in the world, serving over 200 members each day in the St. Louis metro area. We are a colleague training base, training members and staff from all over the world in our model of rehabilitation. We help our members find housing, employment, education, friends, and provide a community where one is needed, wanted and expected each day. If you haven't visited, please consider coming by to have a tour and lunch with me sometime!
We collaborate with NAMI to fight stigma, build awareness, and on helping our members find employment opportunities.
Thank you in advance for your support! Every little bit makes a huge difference!
