Who We Are

Rainbows are special symbols here...

Rainbows are special symbols here

...symbols of God's promise of grace... living ... growing together. Your presence adds to our community of faith and contributes to the sparkle of our collective rainbow.

We strive to be a church that embraces our children, celebrates our youth, reveres our elders, welcomes visitors and shares each other's joys and burdens.

We are a congregation of many styles and work to serve the living Christ by reaching out to all of God's people. We are a gathering of individuals who dedicate our talents and resources to sharing the love of God with others.

We work to strengthen our community. Trinity's local mission work includes running a food pantry, building Habitat for Humanity houses and giving financial support to many worthy organizations.

If you believe that membership in Trinity would give new meaning and purpose to your life, we would love to welcome you into our growing family.

Leadership Groups

The Annual Report is a great way to find out about the leadership groups at Trinity.

The Session, the governing body of Presbyterian congregations, is made up of "elders" elected by the congregation.

The Deacons are elected by the congregation to minister to those who are in need, to the sick, to the friendless, and to any who may be in distress both within and beyond the community of faith. See The Deacons Page for more information about the Deacons, and how to contact them.

Christian Education Commission: Coordinates the education of the Trinity family from Nursery to Kids & Youth to Adults.

Church and Community Commission: Ministers to those in need of financial and volunteer help throughout the St. Louis area.

Corporate Affairs Commission: Monitors our finances and seeks the growth of a sound financial base through investments and a year-round stewardship program.

Evangelism Commission: Reaches out to make Trinity Presbyterian Church a more visible and welcoming place for visitors and individuals who may be seeking a new church home.

Facilities Commission: Managing our 70-year-old building and grounds remains a big challenge for this commission.

Personnel Commission: Responsible for serving the needs of both the congregation and the staff in all matters relating to personnel.

Planning Commission: Develops and manages the implementation of a long-range plan for Trinity Church.

Worship & Music Commission: Works with Pastor and Minister of Music in planning annual worship and music program to enhance the spiritual growth of our congregation.
